500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

I completed my 500-hour yoga teacher training here, and the experience went far beyond learning poses or how to teach a class. The depth of the teachings, the care from the teachers, and the intention behind the program made it incredibly meaningful and transformative. The teachers are exceptionally knowledgeable and generous with their wisdom. I learned so much more than yoga — about myself and about what it really means to live the practice. From the beginning, I felt welcomed, supported, and very much like family. If I had to name a downside, the accommodations were a bit more “character-building” than I expected — which probably says more about my American comfort standards than anything else 😂 It was a small part of the overall experience and didn’t take away from the depth or value of the training. I’m deeply grateful for this experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this school. If you’re looking for a yoga teacher training that values depth, integrity, and community, this school is a wonderful choice 🙏🪷

The atmosphere was warm, open, and caring, which made learning and growing feel very natural. The price was extremely fair for the quality of education and experience offered. 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

I had the most incredible experience at 8 Limbs Yoga School. I spent two full months here completing both the 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, and I can honestly say it was life-changing. Beyond deepening my understanding of yoga, this experience taught me so much about myself. From day one, the teachers made me feel genuinely safe, supported, and welcomed. There is a real sense of family at this school, and the connections I built here are ones I know will last a lifetime. The teaching quality is exceptional, the food is nourishing and delicious, and the schedule is perfectly balanced. Structured, yet spacious enough to truly integrate everything you’re learning. And being in Rishikesh only amplifies the experience; it’s a powerful, grounding place to study yoga and turn inward. Coming from the United States, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but this experience exceeded every expectation I had. It was truly everything I could have asked for and more. I’m deeply grateful for my time here and couldn’t recommend 8 Limbs Yoga School more highly. 10/10 - an unforgettable experience.
